@IgraineEmynArnen Im sorry but what japanese promotions are u talking about,if 2ne1 coudnt even debut there, also they never sold a japanese single in their repackage album, they only sold their korean album in korean in Japan and of course with all that happened there they coudnt even get themselves know to the public,they will debut in japan and with new songs and remake songs too, why are u comparing snsd and 2ne1 success when both are different groups and debuted at different times

doesn’t really matter if YG promotes 2ne1 both at the same time, (not to be a hater) but even big bang’s japanese promotions didn’t sell well compared to SNSD and kara. YG even said that despite the initiatives, their japanese promotions weren’t commercially successful as they would liked it to be.

japanese music programs are totally different from korean music programs. japanese music programs don’t have weekly award shows like koreans do…what matters is your album ranking sales on the ORICON.

their korean comeback is scheduled in the latter half of the year, that’s already planned. only their japanese schedules are in question but seeing that japanese artists are already heading back to promotions, hopefully by next month its going to be ok. end of the year awards doesn’t really concern me because SNSD has earned their place in korea, their fanbase is big enough to earn them record breaking album sales.

@konbaungking 2ne1 was supposed to debut in japan this month, but because of the earthquake, YG altered their plans( I heard now that they will do EITHER a Korean comeback first, OR do both a Korean and Japanese comrback around same time. You bring up a valid point…I dont want our girls to be promoting in Japan when their still possibility of more earthquakes, and japan hasnt fully recovered yet. BUT, any further delay may delay korean comeback even more, and our girls need that comeback soon
Once Mr. taxi is released, maybe our girls can beat the 9 consecutive weeks of being # 1 on their music shows, like Music Station, like they did on Music Bank..Wouldnt that be awesome? i cant wait to see our girls start promoting Mr. Taxi in Japan, and watching them every week performing (Mr. Taxi AND run devil run))))))

If they dont come back in Korea soon, they might miss out on the music award shows at end of the year.((( hmm, I also dont understand why they releasing only mr taxi and japanese remake of RDR..what happened tro the album they promised us,,,,,i really think they need album if they wish to catch Kara.)

SM has not delay Mr. Taxi, it is scheduled to be release accordingly. However, promotions of the single would probably a bit delayed than expected until japan can get back to normalcy. Japanese artists are already heading back to releasing their singles and are one by one getting back to promotions. Only the SMTown Concert and possibly the girls’ own nationwide tour in May would be put on hold most likely.

Girls Generation. What can I say. They are truly the cream of the crop. 9 beautiful members who all can sing, dance and still look drop dead gorgeous respectively. 4 short girls, 5 tall girls, you would think the group dynamic would be weird but truthfully that is what makes them. . . them. The number#1 Asian girl group of all time. Forever a Sone!

I don’t want it to be released.If it will be released,SME will send SNSD to japan to promote it.I doubt SME will be that cruel.so my assumption is that SME will delay release and let SNSD rest. probably after f(x) comeback,SNSD will make a comeback. I have a feeling that they are going make a comeback like 21 did last year. I believe SME will let them promote 4songs of different genres at the same time or one by one.
