@bear54332000 you might be mistaken. This drama was invested by a mainland’s tv company, and the production team and most actors were from taiwan, only some 6 adults and the boy were mainlanders (excluding stooges). If this drama was solely invested and produced by taiwan, a much bigger success in viewing rate would be predictable. i personally think the choice of the boy is the biggest failure, whose acting was really lacking in spirit, very technique-based without flesh and blood.

I would name this drama as “pride and prejudice” taiwanese counterpart. (especially first 30% of the drama).
As i watched the entire episodes, i saw mr. darcy (mike) and ms. bennet (janine) as shown in BBC “pride and Prejudice”–1995 version. Mike really has a chance to be taiwan’s “Colin Firth”. one may see the clips and have your own notes.
Any good dramas to recommend?

This drama needs a good set cordinator, unless they did the setting on purpose to show how ignorant the characters are. A teapot and a cup with no matching design, pour tea into a teacup with coaster, but the character only brings the cup and no coaster.

這劇真好看 但場景大部份都是”就想賴著你”的場景 難道是同一個場務找的 (笑)
