This is song is about a girl who’s willing to stick by her love no matter what happens. And yes he did died because he had some kind of illness and he knew that he didn’t have long to live (hence him trying to commit suicide going down the stairs in a wheelchair) but he rather use his last moments of life to cherish the time with his girlfriend. She dreams of being marry to him and having kids but she knew that it’s not going to happen because his life was coming to an end.

@winxfan1410 park bom and her dream guy got married and then he got into an accident which made him go into the wheelchair and park bom used the big christmas tree to spend their christmas together and he was so happy and at the end he passes away and the notebook says “im sorry that i couldnt protect you”. its a very sad story yet so touching and beautiful.
